24-hour cancellation policy

Your appointment is very important to Glow With Jolie. We strive to provide all of our clients with superior services and respect. We understand that sometimes there are circumstances beyond your control that may require you to change or cancel your scheduled appointment. In those rare occasions, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for changes and cancellations.

Punctuality is also very important. Please understand that when you show up late to your scheduled appointment, we lose sufficient time to perform your requested service.

For these reasons, if you do not provide 24-hours notice, or if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the service and will need to reschedule.
